Seattle Area Values Up 24% over 2020

Numbers are out for the most recent S & P Core Logic Case-Schiller Home Price Index.  This index uses a 3 month rolling average and is two months behind.  Home sales through August show a 24% year-over-year average increase in the Greater Seattle area.
