All of us who consider ourselves Kirkland Natives think the rank should be 1 or 2, but we’ll take this as a win. Money magazine considers Atlanta (too hot and humid) and Tempe (too hot and dry) as number 1 and 2, but I’ll let you decide for yourself. Good job growth, great parks and a wonderfully open waterfront assisted with the high rank. Median household income is above average, also.
After the ranking came out, Amazon announced they will be building satellites in a 172,000 sf facility n Kirkland. Here’s more on the satellites, pretty interesting. https://www.geekwire.com/2022/amazon-readies-kirkland-factory-to-build-kuiper-satellites
Bonus points to anyone who can name tell me what year this Vintage Kirkland Aerial was taken 🙂 email@example.com
